This case was designed for Spotlight Medical as a way to transport 50 Accula Covid testers. The case is intended for touring applications where daily testing of large crews is required.
Mallinckrodt DSir Medical Device Transport Case
This case was built for Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals to hold their DSir MRI unit. The case design allows the device to simply be rolled into the case and locked into place without the need for additional packaging materials. The case was designed to exceed the ISTA 1B shipping certification. The case was tested by an independent testing facility to ensure that the build methods would exceed this packaging standard and protect the DSir against any shipping scenario.
Custom Surgical Tray Transport Case
This case was designed to transport surgical instrument trays. The case features 4 compartments with removable, adjustable 3/4" Birch shelves to accommodate trays of varying sizes. Each removable shelf is carpet lined in the center and black painted at the edges to allow easy removal.
Test Identifier Case
This case was designed to hold a Biological Identifier Kit. The case features custom CNC cut foam inserts for each of the delicate components. The interior case features a 3/8" removable tray with a generic storage area mounted below. The exterior case is built out of 3/8" plywood and featured deep recessed handles & 3 field replacable inboard dolly casters.
HEPA Filter Case
This case was designed for a HEPA filter & hook up accessories. The components are held in a custom CNC cut foam insert that is custom cut to form fit each item. The exterior case is built out of 3/8" plywood and featured deep recessed handles.
PennCare Portable Emergency Medical Station
This case was designed and built for PennCare as a "point of medical care" for EMS responders first on scene. The case is designed to hold medical supplies in a heavy duty portable format allowing the case to be used in the field for disaster response or in hospitals during increased surges in patients. The case features 3 drawers made out of 1/2" Baltic Birch plywood that are finished with wipeable black texture coating. The case features a white Formica work surface with 6 Tilt Lock bins mounted in the case lid. The removable font lid features table legs that allow the lid to be quickly converted into a table for an additional work surface.
Topcon Medical Slit Lamp Case
This case was designed for Topcon Medical to transport their delicate Slit Lamps to trade shows. The case features multiple compartments for various sizes of the companies models. Each compartment is foam lined to match a particular unit and its accessories. The two halves of the case are divided by a foam lined hinged door keeping the contents in each compartment during transportation
Faxitron Bioptics Transport Case
This case was built for Faxitron Bioptics. The case is designed to carry delicate pieces of medical equipment from Faxitron to final locations at hospitals, labs, and doctors offices. The case is designed to be simple to use as well as very durable to withstand un-palletized LTL shipment.
