Custom Road Case For Gibson SG Guitar

This custom flight case is designed to fit a Gibson SG electric guitar. The case is constructed from our XL Series aluminum. This aluminum features tongue and groove built into the extruded shape for a very tight, and secure seal between the lid and the tray. The case interior is custom cut from Ester foam and contours the shape of the guitar body. Crucial stress points of the guitar are supported with additional foam blocks. All interior foam is wrapped with purple crushed velvet. A custom accessory compartment with a hinged door is provided for additional storage. 

Custom Fender Stratocaster Case

This case is designed to your cradle your Fender Stratocaster in a custom CNC cut Ester foam insert that supports the guitar at its varying heights. The foam insert is designed to hold all models of Strat with all head stocks and body contours. The Ester foam insert is hand wrapped with black crushed velvet to ensure the most delicate touch to your instrument. The exterior case is built out out 1/4” plywood to ensure that the case is a light as possible. This case is designed to allow your guitar to be checked on commercial airlines and provide you piece of mind that your instrument will be safe; no matter how rough the handling.

1930 National Lap Steel Case

This case was designed for a 1930 National Lap Steel guitar. The case features a custom CNC cut foam interior that contours the shape of the lap steel covered with black crushed velvet. The exterior case is built from our XL series light weight aluminum. 

Custom Doerr Acoustic Guitar Flight Case

This case was designed to hold a custom one of a kind Doerr guitar in its factory case. Our customer needed a safe way to ship his acoustic guitar via ground freight or tour bus to venues. The case within a case design allows the guitar to be shipped to a hotel in its outer flight case, once at the hotel the flight case can be left in the room and the factory molded case can be utilized for around town use. This concept also works for tour busses, the larger flight case can be stored below in the storage bay and the factory case can be used in the passenger area.
