LSU Tape Trunk
This trunk was designed for Louisiana State University’s equipment department to be a catch all utility storage solution for use in athletics and specifically for mulitple rolls of tape. The trunk features a large, bottom storage section built out of easy to clean black ABS. The interior also features 4 removable trays. All 4 are equal in size providing a dimension of 9 7/8” x 26 ¼” x 5 ¾”. Each tray features a hinged lid made from 3/8” clear Lexan. The trunk exterior is built out of 3/8” plywood with black exterior ABS laminate. The trunk rides on 8” field casters mounted to a .75” plywood caster board covering the entire bottom of the case. The trunk includes large, recessed latches and handles, recessed lid stays and flat triangle corners.
Cleveland Browns Field Trunk Workbox
This trunk was built for the Cleveland Browns. The case is designed to be a mobile work station that holds a variety of accessories, such as tape and various tools. The trunk lid features eight Tilt Lock bin units that provide sixteen individual storage compartments for small parts. The Tilt Lock bins feature translucent plastic that allow users to quickly see the contents of each bin at eye level. The lid is supported with gas springs that aid in the opening and closing of the lid. One of the two gas springs feature a locking mechanism to prevent the lid from accidentally closing during use. The main work surface is built out of clear 3/8" scratch resistant Lexan, which allows users to see the contents of the drawers mounted below. The main body of the case features six drawers. The drawers are built into a 1/2" plywood inner shell that is independent of the exterior case. The separate shell allows the drawers to be independent from the exterior case, which allows the appearance of a cleaner exterior due to the lack of exposed rivets used for mounting the drawers. It also prevents any flexing or loading that the case exterior endures from transferring to the drawer glides. Each drawer is custom built out of 1/2" Baltic Birch plywood and mounted on HD Accuride glides. The top left drawer features two removable tape caddies built out of 1/2" marine grade plastic. Each tape caddy features ten spindles for a total of twenty. Two drawers are split into six compartments with removable dividers, and two drawers are split into twelve compartments with removable dividers. The bottom right portion of the case features a 20.5" wide x 10.625" tall open storage compartment for bags.
University Of Nebraska Tape Trunk
This trunk was designed and built for the University Of Nebraska as a portable tape storage unit. The trunk features 4 drawers with 2 removable bins ea with dowels for tape storage. The front lid is removable and becomes a table.
Athletic Trainers Medical Kit
This case was designed for athletic trainers to be used in the sitting position. The top of the case features a small removable plastic bin with a removable 24 capacity tape caddy as well as 6 divided compartments for small items like medical supplies. The bottom of the case is accessed by a removable front lid that is magnetically stored on the back of the case and holds 4 removable plastic bins.
Athletic Trainers Taping Trunk
This case is the pinnacle portable tape trunk for the mobile athletic trainer. The case features a removable front lid that turns into a table that is the same height as the case creating a work surface that is 94″ long! The case and lid are reinforced to support the weight of a player to allow for taping on either or both sides simultaneously. Also included is a blue Armasport 24″ x 72″ x .625″ foam pad to put on the work surface. The pad is designed to hang over the side of the lid or case to provide maximum comfort to the athlete.
Portable Athletic Trainers Tape Kit
This case is designed to be a light weight waterproof solution for the mobile athletic trainer. The case features a removable plastic bin with a removable tape caddy that hold 120 rolls of 2″ tape. Below the bin are 6 compartments with removable plastic dividers that can hold anything from cold packs and bandages to stethoscopes and portable AED’s. The case comes complete with a handy erasable white board mounted in the case lid.
The exterior case is a Pelican 1630 which is completely waterproof and features an unconditional lifetime guarantee.
Post University Tape Trunk
This case was designed for Post University. The case is based around our Econo 2 trunk and features 3 - 3/8" plywood trays to hold tape and miscellaneous items. The bottom tray features 24 dowel rods for holding tape rolls, the top two trays feature 3 compartments with removable dividers.
Custom Stanford Medical Tape Trunk
This case was built for the Stanford Sports Medicine department. The case is built out of 3/8" plywood and features 5 drawers with removable tape caddy's. Each tape caddy is built out of 1/4" plywood and features a removable dowel set to allow each caddy to be used for tape or other miscellaneous storage. Each dowel set features 30 dowels for tape rolls for a total of 150 tape dowels for the case.
Florida Gators Tape Trunk
This case was designed for the Florida Gators. The case is built to carry the teams tape in removable caddy's stored in drawers. Each caddy is made out of 1/4" laminated plywood and features 30 dowel rods for tape storage. The caddy concept allows the case to be used like a traditional workbox, in the sense that you can open the drawer and grab what you need quickly. The beauty of the design is that you can take some caddy's and leave some in the workbox, this allows multitasking as well as organization.
