Standard Field Trunk

This trunk is designed to be a catch all utility storage solution for use in athletics. The trunk features an easy to clean black texture coated interior. The interior also features 2 removable trays. One tray is open for general storage; the other tray features 3 removable dividers that create 4 compartments. The trunk exterior is built out of 3/8” plywood with your choice of exterior laminate color. The trunk rides on 8” field casters mounted to a .75” plywood caster board covering the entire bottom of the case. Hardware includes flat triangle corners, recessed lid stays and 4 deep recessed handles. 

Custom Stackable Econo Trunks

These cases were designed and built for Panavid Inc. The design is based around our standard Econo trunk, the cases employ small recessed caster wells to be used for stacking. The caster wells are reverse mounted as "feet" on the bottom of each case, and mounted in their intended way as "cups" in the lid of each case. This allows the trunks to stack with other cases with casters permanently mounted. The "cup" and "foot" scheme is designed to allow stacking between trunks that do not have casters. We designed a removable 1.5" Birch removable dolly that features stacking cups and Colson 4" casters. The dolly's are coated with our proprietary textured coating to create a very durable yet aesthetically pleasing surface.

Houston Christian High School Equipment Trunk

This case was built for Houston Christian High School. The case was built out of 3/8" plywood and features a custom silkscreen of the school's logo. The case is designed to hold helmets, shoes and other spare parts needed to be transported by the school's equipment managers. The case features 2 removable trays with dividers and Lexan covers to keep small parts and pieces separate and organized during transportation.

Florida Gators Workbox

This trunk was built for the Florida Gators to provide a quick access storage solution that can live on the sideline during games. The trunk features 8 storage drawers built out of 1/2" Baltic Birch. Each section of 4 drawers are mounted in an independent cabinet that is isolated from the exterior case. Building an independent inner cabinet from the exterior case prevents exterior stresses from transferring to the drawer glides; the exterior panels can flex without affecting the drawer glides. This design is superior to mounting the drawers directly to the exterior case and will provide years of service.
