Univ. Of Louisville Helmet / Shoulder Pad Sideline Trunk
This case was built for the University Of Louisville. The case features aluminum rods used to hold 7 shoulder pads. The right side of the case has 9 black carpet lined compartments for general storage. The case features 3 drawers mounted on heavy duty Accuride drawer glides. The bottom 2 drawers are lined with black carpet, the top drawer features dividers and a clear Lexan lid.
The case is built out of 3/8" plywood with red ABS laminate, and features 7 - 8" foam filled field casters mounted to a 3/4" birch pad. Special thanks to the University Of Louisville!

12 Capacity Helmet Sideline Trunk w/Coach To Player Charging Drawer
This custom sideline trunk was built for Arkansas State University to store and transport 12 football helmets and related equipment.
The trunk features 12 individual helmet compartments made from Baltic Birch with a durable textured finish and recessed ventilation. Six compartments are secured with clear Lexan doors and Southco slam latches for added protection.
The case also includes eight heavy-duty storage drawers, with one dedicated charging drawer for coach-to-player communication units. The charging system includes AC outlets, USB-A and USB-C ports, and Powercon connections, along with a 30 ft retractable power cable reel for convenient power access.
Constructed from ABS-laminated plywood, the trunk is equipped with recessed handles and large 8” field casters for durability and easy mobility on the sidelines.
Custom Shoulder Pad Cart
This shoulder pad cart was built for Wake Forest University as a locker room storage solution. The cart is built out of 3/4" Baltic Birch plywood and finished with black texture coating. All edges are routed and finished with T Molding. The cart features a long removable pull handle and six 4" Colson casters, the rear two casters are fixed and the front four are 360 degree swiveling.
Helmet/Shoulder Pad Sideline Trunk
This trunk is designed to hold back up equipment on the sideline, it holds 10 helmets and 4 pairs of shoulder pads. All inner surfaces are black texture coated allowing the trunk to be easily wiped out. The helmet compartment features a divider network built out of 1/2" plastic and a 3/8" Lexan door. Below the shoulder pad compartment are two drawers mounted on HD Accuride gildes. Each drawer features a 3/8" Lexan rain guard and 3 divided compartments.
Bowling Green Helmet/Shoulder Pad Sideline Trunk
This case was designed for Bowling Green University. The case is designed 7 pairs of back up shoulder pads and 10 back up helmets in case any of the players gear breaks during the game. The interior also features 2 drawers with dividers for misc. parts storage, and a Lexan door over the helmet compartment.
Eastern Kentucky Shoulder Pad & Helmet Sideline Trunk
This case was built for Eastern Kentucky University. The case was designed for back up gear and small repair parts storage for use on the sideline during games. The case holds 10 back up helmets on the left side of the case behind a 1/4" Lexan door. The right side of the case holds 3 sets of shoulder pads on a rack. It also features 3 drawers with 10 compartments per drawer, each drawer comes with a 1/4" Lexan cover to keep parts in their compartments as well as keep the rain out.
