Portable Tricaster TV Production Flypack
This case was built for Creative Live as the video portion of a portable audio & video mobile rig, CLICK HERE to see the matcing audio case.The case features a slide out shelf for a NewTek Tricaster TCXD855 control surface with a video monitor mounted in the lid above the console. The lid features 3 large barn doors to keep the glare down as well as prevent light pollution from the monitor on dark sets. Below the mixer section is a 16 space rack section and 4 drawers.
The monitor is attached via a Chief K2W100 articulating mount and enclosed behind barn doors. The barn doors are made out of 1/4" marine grade plastic and attached via position control hinges, these hinges allow the barn doors to be held in any position during operation. The lid is held open via 2 gas springs that also assist in opening and closing the lid.
Below the mixer work surface is a 16RU rack section that features captive nut box rail per customer request. To the right of the rack section are 4 drawers that are built out of 1/2" Baltic birch and mounted on HD Accuride drawer glides. All interior surfaces of the case are treated with black texture coating to provide a durable and long lasting finish.
The exterior case is built out of 3/8" plywood laminated with black ABS plastic and features Colson 4" x 2" casters and a custom silkscreen of the CreativeLive logo.

This custom installed workstation was designed to house an Avid S6L-32D console as a permanent house console setup for a theater. The workstation includes dual 14U rack sections, three storage drawers, and an integrated workspace for live sound operation.
Constructed from ¾” Baltic Birch plywood with a black textured finish, the workstation features a 5.25” deep doghouse with a hinged lid to conceal console connections. Two fully articulating Ergotron monitor arms provide flexible screen positioning on either side of the console, and a slide-out keyboard shelf mounted on heavy-duty Accuride glides sits beneath the main work surface.
The lower section houses two 14U racks with vented rear doors, along with three drawers for equipment storage, protected by a removable clear Lexan cover. The workstation is finished with recessed Penn Elcom handles and 3.5” Colson casters for mobility.
Custom Workstation Road Case For A ETC Apex 5 Lighting Console
This custom lighting workstation was built for Walt Disney World to house an ETC APEX 5 lighting console for outdoor show use.
The workstation features a slide-out shelf for the console with integrated power outlets and USB charging, along with a pole-mounted monitor on an articulating mount. A cable management doghouse and trough system keeps wiring organized and protected.
The lower section includes a 13U shock-mounted rack with cooling fans, temperature monitoring, and a custom LM Tour Systems I/O panel providing power, network, and fiber connectivity. A dedicated foam-lined compartment stores the monitor safely during transport, and two storage drawers provide additional space for accessories.

This custom ENG broadcast rack case was built for Panavid to support mobile broadcast and production workflows.
The case features an upper 12U rack section designed for preview monitors and scopes, along with a perpendicular 1U rack space for a Clear-Com base station. Behind the rack are three storage drawers with configurable dividers for organizing accessories and equipment.
A locking center drawer houses a Blackmagic ATEM switcher and Panasonic camera controller, with additional rack space for a router panel and an integrated wrist rest for operator comfort.

The top lid includes two 12U rack bays for video monitors and a foldable sunshade made from marine-grade plastic to improve screen visibility during use. Below the lid is a Formica-laminated work surface and a sliding workstation with multi-position locking glides.
Behind the work surface is a dual 4U rack section for patch panels, along with two 9U rack sections featuring adjustable rails for additional video equipment. The rack fronts use pocket doors, while the rear remains open for easier access and airflow.
