University of Arkansas Sideline Workbench
This case was built for the University of Arkansas. The case is designed to hold all the parts needed to repair any of the players equipment that may break during a game. The interior features 6 - 1/2" Baltic birch drawers mounted on HD Accuride drawer glides, 24 plastic bins to hold small items, a cordless drill and battery charger, and a black formica work surface.
The exterior case is built out of our 3/8" proprietary composite panels laminated with black fiberglass laminate. The drawer faces as well as the lid face pieces are built from 3/8" plywood also featuring the black fiberglass. The case exterior also features recessed combination locking latches, 8" foam filled field casters as well as a custom silkscreen of the school's logo.

Power can be supplied from three sources—AC wall power via a live heavy-duty cable reel, a gas-powered generator, or a 220V-to-120V step-down transformer—managed through a custom LM Tour Systems transfer switch with LED indicators, inline voltage/amp meter, and protective breaker.
The rugged case is constructed from ½” plywood with ABS laminate, hinged lids for quick deployment, and elastic netting for football storage. Slide-out shelves house the cable reel and generator, while the transformer is mounted internally. Designed for durability and mobility, the case includes recessed handles and locking 6” field casters, with all electrical integration handled by LM Cases’ Custom Integration department.
Coach To Player Helmet Charging Trunk (12 Helmets / 44 iPads)
This custom LM Cases charging and storage case is designed to securely hold and power 12 helmets and 44 iPads. Each helmet is housed in an individual marine-grade plastic compartment with a high-power USB-C charging port that delivers up to 30 watts with smart power regulation. The case includes four heavy-duty drawers, each holding 11 iPads separated by removable dividers for organized storage.
Power is supplied through a 30-foot retractable cable reel and distributed internally using True1 power connections. Built from laminated ½” plywood with durable hardware, recessed handles, ventilation, and large locking field casters, the case is engineered for mobility, durability, and efficient device charging in demanding team environments.
NY Jets Custom Equipment Room Workbox
This case was designed for the New York Jets equipment management staff to be a mobile equipment room workstation that holds a variety of accessories, such as tape and various tools. The trunk lid features a 8x3 grid of pegboard mounted SmartJars that provide 24 individual storage compartments for small parts. The lid also features 8 custom storage compartments constructed from ½” marine grade plastic. Each compartment features a hinged door made from 3/8" clear Lexan locks with a Southco slam latch. The lid also contains a custom insert for one cordless drill and one rivet gun. The lid is supported by two gas shock supports, one locking to prevent unintentional lid closures.

The trunk lid features a 5x5 grid of pegboard mounted SmartJars that provide 25 individual storage compartments for small parts. The lid also features 8 compartments constructed from 3/8" clear Lexan. Each compartment features a hinged door with a Southco slam latch. The lid is supported by two ratcheting lid stays. These allow for the lid to be positioned at multiple angles to protect interior contents in the event of inclement weather or high winds.

6 Drawer Craftsman Tool Chest w/Tour Grade Flight Case
This portable heavy duty tool chest is designed for mobile productions and technicians alike. The HD Craftsman® tool chest features 6 heavy duty drawers and a large work surface protected by a gas spring assisted lid. The work surface features 6 AC power outlets and 2 USB A charging ports. Power is brought into the case via a LM Tour Systems DSK-I inlet box. The DSK-I box features a locking Neutrik True1® power inlet and a courtesy True1® power outlet. Buffalo Bills Upper/Lower Extremities Athletic Trainers Trunk
This athletic trainer's trunk was designed for the Buffalo Bills. The trunk features 4 equally sized drawers with 2 removable ¼” marine grade plastic dividers per drawer. Each drawer features a magnet at the back that secures it to the case wall when not in use. This helps to keep drawers closed when the trunk is moved around with the lid open. Each drawer is built from ½” Baltic birch as is finished with black textured coating. The drawers are mounted on HD Accuride glides. The trunk’s front lid features a bottom divider for bottle storage.

The workbox is designed to hold all tools needed and provide a work surface for mobile repairs and maintenance. The toolbox features 9 drawers of varying sizes. 2 drawers feature movable dividers allowing users to configure the drawers per their custom requirements. A pop-up table is mounted in the lid providing a work surface when space is at premium. A LM Tour Systems WBQB-L is mounted in the lid providing 2 flexible 15” LED task lights, 4 AC outlets, 2 USB-A, and 2 USB-C charging ports. Below the pop up table is a storage space for aerosol cans.
