6RU Flyable Network Switch Rack For Dusty/Industrial Environments
This rack is designed to provide isolated dust proof storage of networking equipment in installed dusty and industrial applications. The rack can be flown or floor mounted. The case is designed to pull cool air through the bottom and exhaust hot air through the case sides. At max flow rate, the air in the rack will be replaced 90 times per min.
Apple Portable Computing Work Station
This case was designed for Apple as a portable computing work station. The case features a hinged top lid supported by gas springs. A main work surface with a custom IO panel is provided for laptops. A 16RU rack section with a pocket door and rear access door is provided for equipment storage.
27” iMac Video Production Fly Pack
This case is designed to hold a 27” iMac mounted on a position control board. The board is mounted to position control hinged that allow the computer to tilt and be held in position similar to a laptop screen. The computer is interfaced to the mount board via an articulating Chief mount that allows the computer to telescope away from the mount board and be moved to the right or left of the case. The computer is mounted to the Chief mount via an included Apple VESA mount adapter. Below the computer is a shock mounted 12 space rack that includes front & rear pre-tapped 10/32” rack rail. The rack includes a 1RU slide out shelf for the computer’s keyboard. The case includes table legs mounted in one of the lids. The case exterior includes 8 deep recessed handles and rides on 4” Colson casters mounted to a full ¾” plywood caster board.
32 RU Portable Server Noise Isolation Rack
This case was designed for Nvidia to be a portable server rack for use at trade shows. The case holds 32RU of gear in a shock isolated inner shell to prevent damage to the delicate servers. To dampen the noise of the server fans, the inner shell features 10 ultra low noise cooling fans and 3/8” thick clear Lexan doors at the front and back of the shell.
L3 Noise Reducing Server Isolation Rack
This case was designed for L3 Power Paragon as a portable solution to reduce the noise of their ruggedized servers that were being used in an office environment. The case provides a 16RU shock mounted rack section for the servers, in addition to a 1RU LCD Console section and a 4RU patch section. The case is designed to target specific fan noise frequencies and reduce them by 15 - 20 decibels. The case works by enclosing the servers and moving large amounts of air around them to keep them cool. Several fans pull cold air in through the bottom and additional fans exhaust the hot air through the top of the case. Each ultra quiet fan is rated at 18 decibels.
Evonik Portable Server Rack
This case was built for Evonik Industries as a way to transport servers to and from events. The case features a 12RU server section with a dedicated 1RU KVM section and a 4RU patch section. In addition to the rack sections, the case also features a storage drawer for power cables and other accessories. The case features a custom rack panel, PDU and fans installed by the LM Cases Custom Integration department.
48 Capacity Charging Flight Case
This case is designed to be a mobile charging and storage solution to hold 48 devices in individual compartments. There are 3 - 16 port USB charging hubs that also function as sync units that allow data to be pushed to 16 devices simultaneously.
Mac Pro Video Workstation
This case was designed for the University Of Wisconsin to hold an Apple Mac Pro tower, accessories and rack mounted equipment for a portable video conferencing system. The case features flat panel lids on the front and rear to make accessibility quick and easy.
Voyage Productions Media Server Kit
This media server kit was designed for Voyage Productions, the kit is based around a cylindrical Mac Pro tower housed in a 6 space rack. The Mac Pro connections are addressed via a custom IO panel built by the LM Cases Custom Integration Department. The rack is transported in a Pelican Storm iM2975 case.
Sonnet RackMac Pro Flypack Case
This flypack system was designed for the Farm League. The system is based around a Sonnet MacRack Pro mounted in a 6RU rack housed in a Pelican 1630 case.
27” Apple iMac Travel Case
This case was designed for Starlight Visual to hold a 27" Apple iMac. The monitor is designed to be transported screen up with custom foam blocks contouring the back of the monitors. The stand fits into a recessed foam compartment allowing the monitor to ship as an assembled unit with out modification. The screen rides face up resting on a piece of Crosslink foam mounted in the lid. Crosslink foam is a Class A surface designed to touch delicate glass items like glossy monitor screens and projector lenses. The custom CNC cut foam insert also includes compartments for a full size Apple keyboard and two additional compartments for mice and cables.
Los Alamos National Laboratories Portable Testing Workstation
This case was designed for Los Alamos National Laboratories as a portable testing workstation. The case holds a monitor mounted in the lid, a 16RU shockmounted rack section and a custom foam lined compartment for the Dell computer.
150 Capacity Amazon Kindle Fire Charging Transport Case
This case was designed for American Image Displays to transport and charge 150 Amazon Kindle Fire tablets. The case holds each tablet in an individual compartment and provides a dedicated USB outlet per slot.
