CoachComm Custom Built Sideline Case For LSU
This case was designed for Coachcomm Inc. to be used in a custom sideline application for LSU. The case features a dual 13 RU shockmounted rack for Coachcomm's communications equipment. The rack features a high output fan, vent, and cable passage for each rack section. The rack also features a custom rear removable panel with the Coachcomm logo to hide component wiring.
Middle Tennessee State Univ. Athletic Trainers Field Workbox
This trunk was designed for Middle Tennessee State University. The trunk is designed to be a field based workstation for the athletic trainers during each game. The trunk features 8 drawers and 32 small plastic bins for storage, each drawer features unique dividers to keep all of the gear organized. Each drawer is either divided in half, or thirds, one drawer features 8 compartments (pictured) while another features 30 dowel rods for tape storage (pictured). The drawers are mounted in a shock mounted inner shell, which allows the inner drawers to remain isolated from the exterior case. This is beneficial when the case is fully loaded, when you pull a case that may weigh over 500lbs loaded by the handle; you can transfer the "flex" of the outer case to the drawer glides and bend them. The isolated design prevents this problem, it also provides a cleaner looking exterior because you cant see any of the rivet holes used for mounting the drawers. The interior case also features a carpet lined storage compartment accessible by a trap door located on the top of the case.
University Of Oregon Helmet Repair Sideline Trunk
This case was designed for the University Of Oregon, the case is designed to hold all the parts and pieces needed to repair helmets during games. The case features a 24 bin unit that holds all the screws and other small parts that could get lost. The lid also features 6 cubby compartments in the lid for storage.
Albany State University Side Line “Tub” Trunk
This case was built for Albany State University. The case features 8 removable plastic bins with clear plastic lids. The exterior case is built out of 3/8" plywood and features white UHMW plastic runners on the back of the case to allow the case to be stored in a bus bay. The exterior also features 8" field casters for better portability on grass and uneven terrain.
University of Arkansas Sideline Workbench
This case was built for the University of Arkansas. The case is designed to hold all the parts needed to repair any of the players equipment that may break during a game. The interior features 6 - 1/2" Baltic birch drawers mounted on HD Accuride drawer glides, 24 plastic bins to hold small items, a cordless drill and battery charger, and a black formica work surface.
Bowling Green Helmet/Shoulder Pad Sideline Trunk
This case was designed for Bowling Green University. The case is designed 7 pairs of back up shoulder pads and 10 back up helmets in case any of the players gear breaks during the game. The interior also features 2 drawers with dividers for misc. parts storage, and a Lexan door over the helmet compartment.
East Carolina University Custom Sideline Workbox
This case was designed for East Carolina University. The case features 14 drawers mounted on Accuride glides. 5 Drawers on the right side of the case are lockable and feature dividers for glove storage. The top left drawer features a hinged lexan lid as well as multiple compartments for small items such as chin straps; the case lid features a dry erase white board.
Eastern Kentucky Shoulder Pad & Helmet Sideline Trunk
This case was built for Eastern Kentucky University. The case was designed for back up gear and small repair parts storage for use on the sideline during games. The case holds 10 back up helmets on the left side of the case behind a 1/4" Lexan door. The right side of the case holds 3 sets of shoulder pads on a rack. It also features 3 drawers with 10 compartments per drawer, each drawer comes with a 1/4" Lexan cover to keep parts in their compartments as well as keep the rain out.
Custom University Of Virginia Nutrition Sideline Trunk
This case was built for the University Of Virginia, the case is designed to be used as sideline storage for the team during games. The interior of the case features 10 individual storage compartments as well as 2 large drawers mounted on HD Accuride glides.
Princeton Sideline Trunks
These trunks were made for Princeton University. The trunks are built out of our proprietary 3/8" composite panels and feature custom silkscreens of the teams logo. Each trunk is equipped with 8" foam filled field casters, a pad lockable hasp latch, and 4 recessed handles. The trunks have interior dimensions of 43" wide x 20.5" deep by 22" tall and weigh 100lbs. Florida Gators Workbox
This trunk was built for the Florida Gators to provide a quick access storage solution that can live on the sideline during games. The trunk features 8 storage drawers built out of 1/2" Baltic Birch. Each section of 4 drawers are mounted in an independent cabinet that is isolated from the exterior case. Building an independent inner cabinet from the exterior case prevents exterior stresses from transferring to the drawer glides; the exterior panels can flex without affecting the drawer glides. This design is superior to mounting the drawers directly to the exterior case and will provide years of service.
Air Force Academy Equipment Field Trunk
This case was designed to be a multi purpose storage case for the Air Force Academy athletic department. The case was designed around plastic bins with removable dividers. The bin concept was utilized to make lightweight portable kits to allow several people access to the stored equipment at once. The case also features 2 traditional wood drawers with divider networks.
