Yamaha TF1 Installed FOH Workstation
This custom installed workstation was built to house a Yamaha TF1 mixing console for a front-of-house (FOH) church application.
Constructed from ¾” Baltic Birch with a black textured finish, the workstation includes a custom-fitted console compartment with ventilation and marine-grade brackets to secure the console in place. A 16U rack section provides additional space for audio equipment and features a sliding pocket door in the front and a vented rear lid.
Power and signal connections are managed through an LM Tour Systems inlet panel with Powercon and configurable D-series connector ports. The case is finished with recessed hardware and 4” Colson casters, creating a durable and mobile solution for installed audio systems.
Small Format Event Tech Workbox For Loyola University
This custom mobile workbox was built for the Event Services department at Loyola University to provide a portable workstation for event setup and operations.
The case features integrated LED lighting, AC power outlets with plug-lock protection, and USB charging ports in the lid. The main work surface is Formica-laminated, and the lid includes a pop-up table for additional workspace.
Inside the case are multiple carpet-lined Baltic Birch drawers mounted on heavy-duty glides and isolated from the exterior for added protection.
Constructed from ABS-laminated plywood, the case includes recessed handles, 4” Colson casters, and Loyola Event Services branding, creating a durable and mobile workstation for event staff.
Large Format Touring Production Workstation
This custom production workstation was built for All Of It Now as a wide, mobile backstage storage and operations solution.
The workstation features a large Formica-laminated work surface with a center-mounted monitor bracket and an integrated LM Tour Systems power module providing multiple AC outlets, USB charging ports, and Powercon connections.
Below the work surface are nine heavy-duty Baltic Birch drawers with removable marine-grade plastic dividers, allowing flexible organization for tools, accessories, and production gear.
Constructed from ABS-laminated plywood, the case includes recessed handles, heavy-duty Colson casters, and custom branding, creating a durable and mobile workstation for backstage production environments.
Portable Refrigerator Road Case w/Antique Bourbon Barrel Laminate
This custom case built for Studio 46 Media is a portable beverage and hospitality station designed for events, waiting rooms, and craft services environments. The unit combines a 4U rack section with custom courtesy power distribution, a stainless-steel refrigerator, heavy-duty storage drawer, retractable power cable reel, and integrated table legs for fast on-site setup. Finished in Antique Bourbon Barrel laminate and constructed with professional-grade road case materials and hardware, the system delivers both striking presentation and reliable mobile performance.
Event Technicians Workbox
This custom workbox was built for Panavid as a mobile storage solution for audio-visual production accessories and tools.
The case includes seven heavy-duty drawers with varying heights for organized storage. The top drawers feature adjustable Tech Dividers made from marine-grade plastic, allowing compartments to be reconfigured in small increments, while the lower drawers provide open storage for larger items.
The hinged lid contains five additional compartments with clear Lexan fronts, each divided for small parts, plus a larger storage area for items like tape or aerosol cans.
Constructed from ABS-laminated plywood, the case features recessed hardware, a combination locking latch, custom Panavid branding, and 4” Colson casters, creating a durable and mobile storage system for production environments.
Ross TouchDrive TD2 Switcher Case
This custom tour case was designed to transport and operate a Ross TD2 TouchDrive switcher for live production environments.
The switcher is housed in a custom Baltic Birch enclosure with protective foam lining and a hinged doghouse for easy access to rear connections. A 2U patch section allows integration of router or patch panels, and an Ergotron monitor arm supports the Ross monitor during use.
A separate foam-lined compartment in the lid stores the monitor, allowing the arm to remain attached during transport. The case features a three-piece design with removable lids, durable ABS-laminated construction, multiple recessed handles, and Colson casters for mobility.
Small Format Van Pack Tech Trunk
This trunk was designed for smaller events where a more compact sized utility trunk is needed. This truck is perfect as a support unit for projectors or consoles. The case features a removable XL Series top tray with 3 movable dividers which is perfect for tools and adapters.
Meyer x40 Speaker Case - 2 Capacity
This custom speaker transport case was built for Mid South Audio to store and transport two Meyer X40 speakers.
The interior features a 3” CNC-cut PE foam insert contoured to the shape of each speaker for secure protection. A ¼” marine-grade plastic top cap helps prevent foam damage during loading and unloading, and a center accessory compartment provides space for small items.
The exterior is constructed from ABS-laminated plywood and includes recessed handles, stacking caster wells, and 4” Colson casters for durability and easy transport. The case is finished with MSA branding and “X40” identification stencils.
Single Position Video Broadcast Workstation
This custom video flypack case was built for SoCal Rentals as a prewired, rapidly deployable video production workstation.
The system features an angled rack section with folding monitor arms that allow two monitors to rotate and adjust for optimal viewing. Integrated power outlets, USB charging ports, and a custom patch panel with SDI and Cat6 connections provide convenient connectivity for video production equipment.
A flip-up Formica-laminated work surface expands the workspace, while foam-lined compartments store two 24” monitors with their mounts attached for safe transport.

20U Portable Server Transit Rack Case
This custom 20U portable transit rack case was designed for transporting servers into data centers while supporting RFID asset tracking.
The rack features clear Lexan front and rear doors, allowing equipment to pass through RFID portals without removing the servers. Inside, a shock-isolated rack shell surrounded by foam protects equipment during transport. The rack includes front and rear rails with deep mounting depth and a lower storage compartment for accessories and rack hardware.
The exterior is constructed from ABS-laminated plywood and includes 270-degree hinged doors, locking latches, recessed handles, protective runners, and Colson casters for durability and mobility. Each case also includes barcode labeling and unique serial identification to support inventory management.
Dr. Z Z80 Guitar Amp Head Road Case
This custom flight case was built for Steve Miller to protect and transport a Dr. Z Z80 amplifier head.
The interior is lined with 1” PE foam for cushioning and includes a built-in accessory compartment beneath the amplifier for storing small items.
The exterior is constructed from ABS-laminated plywood and features recessed handles, lid stays, and a custom “SMB – Z80” stencil, providing durable protection for touring and transport.
Amplified Nation OverDrive Reverb Guitar Amp Case
This custom amplifier case was built for Lake Baum to transport an Amplified Nation Overdrive Reverb amplifier and 1×12 cabinet.
The interior features velvet-wrapped foam blocks and custom supports that secure both the amp head and cabinet while protecting delicate finishes. A marine-grade plastic buffer plate separates the head from the cabinet, with routed recesses to hold their feet in place.
The four-piece case design allows it to function as either a “live-in” case—where the amp can be used while partially enclosed for protection—or as a full pull-over case where all lids are removed to fully expose the rig.
Constructed from ABS-laminated plywood, the case includes interchangeable lids, protective runners, multiple handles, and locking casters, providing durable protection and flexible stage use for touring gear.
Dr. Z X-Ray Combo Amp Road Case
This custom case is designed for the Steve Miller for his Dr Z X-Ray Combo guitar amplifier. The case interior is lined with 1” PE foam, with 2” PE foam under the amp. The bottom foam accommodates the amp cabinet’s feet with 4 circular cut outs allowing the cabinet to sit directly on the foam. This accommodation is also provided in the lid foam for the cabinet’s top strap handle.
San Jose State Coat Storage Trunk
This trunk was designed for the San Jose State football team’s coat storage. The trunk features two hanging clothes sections, and each section features an HD aluminum bar for hangers. The bar can be adjusted in 3 positions front to back to accommodate a variety of hangers. Each clothing compartment is lined in water resistant white marine grade plastic. Four recessed vents are included to provide ventilation while in storage and transit. The hanging clothes sections also feature doors made of 3/8” clear Lexan. Each of these doors uses 2 Southco slam latches.
